Can some Genius answer this?
There are situations which are win-win but here is one for irctc which is lose-and lose.
I need to book waitlisted tickets on 15274 GKP-RXL 3A on 25th october but the server will now allow me anything above RLWL#20. I am sure it has a 100% chance of confirmation as the 3 bogies of 3A will be running half empty in that sector. My question is ...
