At the beginning of this year FM system was implemented /blog/post/2115377. So its almost a year. How do you rate it?

Some FMs misuse their powers...... This should be stopped... This can be done by hiding the name of complainant..... Just like FM names are not visible to normal members.... I've suggested this to moderator sir earlier, but received no response
FMs should not be given the authority to delete blogs. That power should lie only with Mod sir. FMs often do not read the complaint properly and do often deletes blogs for minor reason for which archival would have been enough
Observation on the voting pattern till now:
1. Majority have rated 5 or above 5. So if 5 is considered as "Ok" to the FM system, then basically majority believe that this system is Ok or better.
2. Interestingly not many for 4, 3, 2, 1. Just 1 vote. And 3 for 0. So either its Ok or worst. Not many intermediate votes.
