'The train serves as a sensitive commuter train between Ernakulam and Alleppey and hence timings were tweaked to meet demands of daily commuters. Another good example of how daily commuters can literally hold long distance trains to ransom
Now the only way some time can be changed is speeding up from it originating stations with a delayed start
Nothing is bound to happen from source. This train tt has been designed in such a lax manner.
Ideally TT needs to be changed by both SER and ECR. The train belongs to them. Maybe it can have a delayed start from Tata/DHN respectively and the destination time arrival remains same. Easily can be speeded up by 3-4 hours
