I even think of CC. See lot of Shatabdis are running empty due to Flexi but trains like Tapovan,Steel,BBS JS,BBN JS, DR JS etc are always occupied. In ICF 3A 64 seats are there and in ICF CC 73 seats are there . Plus no huge difference in fare. Just for eg see Steel Exp 3A fare 540 CC 435 E2E. If all pax are full fare paying passengers then the Total revenue in 1 3A coach is 540*64=34560 and a full CC coach revenue is 435*73=31755. So see not even 3K difference in revenue so CC is not a huge loss making class . If 3A is profit making then CC is not a huge loss making class
