Today morning around 10 am Railway Protection Force ,Kovilpatti chained all the 2 wheelers vehicles which are unauthorized parked inside the Kovilpatti Railway station road .
The RPF chief informed to all that all the inside station roads are utilized for DROP & PICK-UP only and not for parking purposes .
Most of the unauthorized parked persons are common rural background people only.

They come to the station for Thatkal /Advance reservation booking purposes only.
My brother's shopping assistant s 2 wheelers also chained.We humbly requested for his ignorance.The Chief informed that they have to produce at court and after remitted fine at court the vehicle may be released.
We pleaded them to release the vehicles with spot fine if possible.
Then the chief of the Kovilpatti RPF considered our request sympathetically & patiently and allowed to release the vehicles with fine and asked all that don't repeat these sort of Unauthorized parking.

We thanked him and his RPF staffs for early release of the vehicles after fined at RPF office.
Rs 10 charged as parking fees for the 2 wheelers at Kovilpatti RS even for an hour for reservation purposes.
We requested our Kovilpatti RS Senior Station Master and the RPF chief that the 2 wheelers parking for reservation purposes only may be lowered as Rs 5 for an hour .
A separate parking place near the reservation building may be operated for the convenience of the reservation people for an hour at Rs 5 per vehicle.
Moreover requested that the inside Station road shall be marked as
** PICK-UP & DROP only No Parking **
**உடனடியாக ஏற்றிக்கொள்ளவும்& இறக்கிக்கொள்ள மட்டுமே நிறுத்திவைக்க அனுமதி இல்லை.

So, the unauthorized parking and hindrance to other vehicles movement also minimized.
We once again extend our sincere thanks to Kovilpatti Senior Station Master and the RPF chief and staffs.
Moreover after RPF functioning at Kovilpatti ,the unauthorized /suspected persons in and around station areas ( sitting and sleeping ) are very much minimized and ensured safety for the passengers lugggaes.
