No sir. Even internationally , Pre-stressed concrete sleepers came into widespread use only after World war II. In India, the first orders for PSC sleepers were only placed in 1968.
The Bombay suburban railway, along with pretty much all the other railways in the country, used wooden, cast-iron pot and trough sleepers.
By the late 1940's, the Harbor branch and the Mahim Chord line were with wooden sleepers. The Kurla-Mankhurd section was with Cast Iron Pot sleepers. The entire main line from Bombay to Delhi was laid with Wooden and Cast-Iron pot

Bro sorry for the wrong info. A senior rf once told me that during late 30s Mumbai Suburban section had concrete sleepers so i thought from 100 years concrete sleepers are in use.

Yup the same doubt was for me as i have saw wooden and iron sleepers a lot but 100 years back using concrete sleepers is like we were such advanced in rail 100 yrs back..
