Yeah, TTE is not god and hence he will ask nearby berth passengers about your presence. If none of them say that the passengers has not turned, then the seat would be given for someone else. And please, dont speak illogical stuff now.

Bhai sahab ticket check karte vaqt TTE ek coach mein kam se kam 20-25 mts rehta hain,aapko susu karne mein zyada se zyada 2 min lagega...uske baad aap apne seat mein aate hi aapko apne co-passenger se puchhna padhega ki TTE aaya tha ki nahi,agar aaya hain toh aapko turant TTE ko jaake apna ticket dikha lena chahiye...agar tte agle coach mein chala gaya ho,toh aap vestibule cross karke agle coach mein jaiye..agar waha bhi nahi mila toh sidha AC mein chale jaiyee..waha koi na koi TTE zaroor milega aapko..Lekin Igatpuri se nahi char sakte..LTT se IGP 3 hrs lagta hain..utne mein aapka seat TTE W/L ko bech dega...baad mein aap kuchh nahi keh sakte
