Yo, I submitted an RTI to NER, Gorakhpur, and here's what it's about:

1. So, everyone knows that trains that go at an average speed of 55 kilometers per hour or more (excluding stops) are classified as Superfast.

2. Now, I wanna point out that the Lucknow-Gorakhpur-Lucknow Intercity Superfast Express train, Train No. 12531/32, takes a whopping 5 hours and 30 minutes (including stops) to cover a distance of 277 kilometers on both sides.

3. If we exclude the 22 minutes of stops (2 minutes at each of the 11 stations), this train actually only runs for 5 hours and 8 minutes. So basically, it's covering 277 kilometers in that 5 hours and 8 minutes of non-stop running time.

4. Now, if we calculate the speed of this train (excluding stops), it turns out to be around 53.99 kilometers per hour, or let's just call it 54 kilometers per hour.

5. So, according to my calculations, this train has an average speed of 54 kilometers per hour (excluding stops), which is less than the required 55 kilometers per hour to be classified as Superfast.

6. In light of all this, I kindly request you to provide me with all the reasons, rules, and laws that justify why this train is still considered a Superfast train even though its average speed (excluding stops) is less than 55 kilometers per hour.
