sagar, mehdipatnam, old city , shamshabad airport , charminar ,aramghar,uppuguda , falaknuma will be available at alpha hotel bus stand

3)buses towards military area of secunderabad ie bowenpally,kharkhana,alwal,bolarum,jeedimetla, balanagar,suraram,jadgirgutta, medchal,toopran, Jubilee bus stand,and Northern suburbs will be available from church/gurudwara beside alpha hotel bus stand

4)buses towards bowenpally (colony specific) will be found outside pf 1 station building

5)buses towards Musheerabad, warisguda, osmania university, ramanthapur, koti, afzal gunj, aramghar, shamshabad airport, malakpet,dilshukhnagar, lbnagar, hayatnagar ,saroornagar will be available from rathifile bus stand on eastern end of platform 1 , mostly covering central parts of city

6) buses towards eastern suburbs like mettuguda,uppal, medipally, ghatkesar, yadagirigutta temple, nagole, lbnagar, hayatnagar, ibrahimpatnam, boduppal will be available from chilalguda x roads bus stop which on eastern side of platform 10 and platform 1

7)buses towards north eastern suburbs of Hyderabad like tarnaka, malkajgiri,as rao Nagar,sainikpuri, nacharam, mallapur, ecil,keesara, cherlapally, neredmet will be available from blue sea hotel bus stand located on Eastern end of platform 1

Pro tip : Bus number 290 j and 49/250 or any double number bus will connect all the bus stops incase if you lost somewhere or traveling with huge luggage
State run rtc charges 3Rs /km for all non ac buses
