I don't know who will be owning the rake but as far as I am aware KCG doesn't have VB maintenance capabilities but SC has/will have. Considering more distance in SCR territory I guess it will be maintained at SC/SCR. It will be interesting to see if it is via krnt or via GTL.
Remember, whole SC-SBC is not FEDL yet and it may take 2-3 years to make DMM-PKD doubled. We are eagerly waiting for some funds for mbnr-dhne doubling this year but fingers crossed and route via krnt is...
