Solutions in my mind for this train.
1. Rescheduling it to reach Patna at 0800 hrs. This will increase the travel time, but chances of getting punctual is more as usually it crosses Ara at around 7-8 when it departs on time from Ndls, but gets delayed after Ara sometimes in reaching Patna.
2. Increase of PFs at Mgs and give it priority over Shramjeevi. In recent times; I have observed some times it reached Mgs outer at around 0330-0345 hrs, but Shramjeevi is given priority and it waits till it departs....
more... And it delays as it has to halt for 20 mins and it is not allowed to overtake Shramjeevi after Mgs too and wait at outers where Shramjeevi halts.
3. NCR zone must be tightened, specially in Ald-Mgs section. As most of the times it reached Ald at around 0130-0145 hrs but waits at outer for around an hour before proceeding further.
4. The stoppages at Tech halts may be defined, as there is nothing such and on most occasion it halts at Kanpur for over 20-30 mins, which I think is over its schedule. It has just 10 mins halt
