This blog is related to the issue of overcrowding in SL of SF/Exp/ Duranto and 3AC of SF\Exp trains.

It is observed that TTE allow waiting list counter ticket holders to travel in same class. Things were manageable untill pre COVID Times. After the COVID time , this issue has severely increased.

Now the question is why isn't the same menace is tolerated in Humsafar\Garib Rath\Ac Duranto\Rajdhani\Shatabdi and the great VB trains?

What makes TTE prevent the same menace in the aforementioned so-called 'premium' category trains?

Please share Rules\Law that are being followed TTE regarding such waitlisted and without ticket holders being allowed to trouble CNF ticket holders only in Non-premium trains.

Share you ideas what Railway Ministry can do to solve this issue which is expected to grow as the pressure on Non Ac class increases.
