looks like you dind read the news of repeated engine failure of PW engines,,, the regulator waiting for repeated failures before asking airlines to investigate ( rather than grounding all aircarfts with PW engines)

2 trains collided in Visakhapatnam Vizianagaram section. VSKP Palasa express collided with Vskp Rayagada Passenger at kantakapalli village about 35km from Vskp. Last 3 bogies of Rayagada Passenger derailed and as per reports no causaulties. The news is that the electrical wire cutoff and the first train stopped in between two stations and preceeding train collided with stationary train ahead. The trains names are not clear. Just now saw in NTV web version.
