My reservation is from Kalyan but due to delay it is departing from kalyan at approx 4.00 AM.
I am near to thane, so can i board the train from thane? Next stopage is kalyan but i my tkt is from kalyan so i am little worried . Do i need to get approval from TT or should i just board the train from thane? If someone ask for Penalty How much i have to pay for it? I have tkt from Kalyan hence they can charge me from CST to Kalyan only na?

I have booked ticket in hwh mail for the date 1 september 2010, Right departure time at kalyan is 21.40.
But ADMIN note show that it is runnig 8 hours behind schedule time.
What does it mean? Do i need to board the train on 2nd september at approximated time 4 AM or i need to board the train on 1september at 13.40?

Cancellation charges depend upon the class of reservation. if you made reservation in 2nd sleeper then it would be around 40 for confirmed tkts and 20 for waiting list tkts along with reservation charges which is 10 rs for 2nd sleeper. For ac you may read cancellation charges.

I have booked a ticket from Rourkela to Nizamudin for 28th August 10. If the train still runs on the diverted route can I catch the train from jharsuguda on the same ticket and the reservation is valid

You need to change your boarding point, for this visit rourkela railway station tell station master to chage your boarding point to jharsugra.
