Better to have RSA of 22182/81 and 22192/91. Both trains belong to JBP division and also have the same composition. I think 6-7 hours time is enough for maintenance.
22191 rests almost for 18 hours at JBP, instead, this trains rake should be given to 22181 and 22182's rake should be used for 22192 like SER uses 12840/39 and 12842/41 rakes alternatively in up and down directions.
This way SeB does not lose its status of best cleaned and maintained train of IR.

They have delinked 12156/55 from 22182/81 and there will be no RSA. Now SeB will once again shine like a brand new train.
New RSA between 22182/81/92/91.

This train needs an extension till Raipur/Bilaspur and also increase in its frequency. Raipur is not directly connected to Indore and many people of Indore travel by Amarkantak, Samata and Chattisgarh Exp. from Bhopal. Narmada Exp. runs between Indore and Bilaspur which is just a Fast Passenger in the name of an Express. 12913/14 and 12923/24 shall be merged together and should run as a single train via Ujjain in order to cater the people of the overall region

People do not want to travel on a passenger train for more than 24 hours and that too by a long route. Plus BSP div. is a mean div. and it will not allow its train to extended to another division.
Raipur is max. 5 hrs by train from Nagpur. Railways should increase its frequency to at least 4 days a week

If it's so popular then why is it still running as bi-weekly? It should run on daily basis.
The extension will only help in earning more revenue from the extended region.

I have used my logic and based on that suggested the extension. Extending the INDB-NGP won't hamper much seat availability as it passes through Bhopal in midnight. I suggested it just for the benefit of Malwa region people. Else you can railways could extend it after gauge conversion of INDB-KNW-AK.
Extending 12854/53 Amarkantak to Indore will require another rake and it will reduce the quota for JBP pax as it is the only train connecting Jabalpur to Raipur/Durg region. This train nowadays runs with full occupancy from BPL till BSP.

Starting a new train is a problem as there are very fewer ICF coaches in production. IR is fully engaged in the manufacture of LHB coaches and it has a long waiting for other zones to allot new coaches.
Even holiday specials these days are running with LHB coaches.
If we talk about engines, SECR does not have sufficient amount of locos, it usually borrows some locos from WCR and CR. Even its regular service, 18244/43 and 18246/45, does not have a regular link till date.
The

extension could be done on a trial basis like it has been done in the past with 12442/41.

This is how NTES fools people. It has been around for several other trains. Actual time of arrival is different while NTES gives shortest arrival time.

Ratlam and Nagpur should remain in their respective zones with Division Status. Instead, a New Ujjain Division shall be constituted under WCR covering Nagda-Kota route, Nagda-Bhopal route, Indore, Mhow, Bairagarh, Ambedkar Nagar-Khandwa route, etc. In this way, it would get much more attention and facilities compared to its previous zone.
Nagpur under SECR will play a significant role after gauge conversion between NGP-CWA and JBP-G.
