I booked 2 tickets in 12430 rajdhani express on 04-07-13 from ndls to sc travelling on 27-07-13 and showing RQWL 33 and RQWL34. it became RQWL 31 and RQWL 32 on 8-7-13 and till date it is showing same. is there any chanes for confirmation or atleast RAC. bcause i am travelling along with my better half. pl. guide me whether to cancel the ticket and book on other train or shall be remain to this train. anticipating early guidance. thanking you. krishna, hyderabad

W/L 40,RSWL W/L 32 - from nizamuddin to sec'bad. train no.12430 rajdhani express. on 27-7-13. will this be confirmed or even get RAC. i also posted in PNR forum and as chart not prepared no prediction available. i want experienced travellers opinion those who travelled by this train frequently

SCR is not giving any more preference to this long time, evergreen GODAVARI EXPRESS. If we see pattern, 12728 is always running late from the last 2 months,which used to be bang on time or before arrival date. Is it because of inception of Duronto? 12727 is also not getting any priority from section controllers. 12728 use to run aggressively between SC-BZA no matter it starts delay at SC. But now SC-WL and WL-Khamam section clearance became hindrance to the same run, which became a history now.WL-BZA section controllers are giving much priority to GT rather than GODAVARI. I suppose we may see new time table to GODAVARI from next time table.

Sir, As per my knowledge from Maps & live status running, Godavari may be late running but arriving destination stations viz., vizag / sec'bad mostly on time or 10 to 15 mins. late. preference is always been there for Godavari train. To the best of my knowledge this train covers the late run and when platform is not available due to 'automatic interlocking' system it is being delayed. recent days it is arriving sec'bad occassionally 15 minutes to 30 minutes early. but arrival at vizag is being delayed 15 to 20 minutes or reaching on time. not reaching before time like 20 mints. or 30 mints. early, just compared to previous months. But arriving before Duronto express. I am not sure how far it is correct timings shown in Maps& live status time table. i am explaining from that daily chart. i think you may feel happy and good after studying...

107 KM covering in 59 min with average speed of nearly 110KMPH.. Is it running with 130 KMPH max speed or what
yes, SCR already told previous years that, it is experimenting Godavari express as a superfast train between Sec'bad and Vijayawada. It runs this train as a fastest train. Even if you observe this runs with a high speed between elamanchali and vizag. whenever it is very late u all see the running of Godavari express from elamanchali to vizag, u will wonder. even Ecor is giving clearance to this train to be before time. Not only experimenting for to be inroduced Duronto train. but this Godavari express running time also to be reduced and to make fastest train. this will be a great thing if SCR do it.
