Is this a proposed TT ? Because it will clash with 2 titans of this route right from it's departure from CHZ .... VB and Employee Psudo Shatabdi ...though it's not so aggressive schedule between CHZ-GNT...if they really proposed this TT then it's superb to hear

Yes 6 am means night passengers will come and stay at chz Leaving midnight in cab, taxi, auto will be high price matter and also night sleep will be on-off. Passengers come and stay at night in waiting room is different thing

Hi friends I have a doubt which can be clarified by all seniors here. Is it possible a train to start from VSKP and go to SGRL (Singrauli) via Ranchi and halt there for 3 hrs and to start again as a new train to SC via Anuppur have a SM there and then go to VSKP. noon SGRL and start returning to VSKP Friday night VSKP. and PM Saturday Dep: so 7 rake needed for daily. if u want SC VSKP as cyclic RSA then wednesday morning to VSKP Thursday to SGRL so 4 rakes for this direction and reverse need 4 so totally 8 rake for daily.
i dono patronage part in central India. U can find with nearby serving train patronage. TVC to VSKP or TVC to SC is seperate plan than including SGRL into it.
It is best to separate the RSA of Simhadri Express and Palnadu Express. It is required to extend Simhadri Express to Nandyal because it is useful for Srisailam passengers mainly and change PM to Visakhapatnam. How many individuals are in support of this statement?
The extended timings will clash with Vijayawada Hubli afternoon express and occupancy will not be there for 2 trains within 30mins gap. In return it has to leave Nandyal at 300. Cannot say whether Vskp will be ready to take PM as already 3 pitlines are full with PM another 3 lines also some other trains occupied from afternoon 1200.
Current Kolhapur SCSMT will be shifted out. KOP-KR Link line will be laid from outside KOP City. Just like what CR did with Latur. Latur NG station was in Latur City. After GC, Latur BG station was shifted 5 kms away from the old location. Alignment planned: - Rukadi - Kasaba Bawada (New Location for Kolhapur Rail Station) - Koparde - Kale - Panutre - Sheloshi - Gaganbawda - Kumbhajai Temple Road - Vaibhavwadi Town - Vaibhavwadi Road. 123 kms.
Yesterday this train was having 200+ berths vacant in 3AC class. And as usual delayed by +3 hrs. This train demand is decreasing due to delay, and day time scheduled run. Why no one is accountable, and not taking any action.
Lot of reasons 1. No one will waste full daytime for 15-16 hrs journey that too on Monday morning. 2. There is no demand for 8 AC sleeper coaches in that route or intermediate station traveller can afford to pay high price and travel during day. 80% of demand is to Visakhapatnam who don't want to travel during day. 3. 3 hrs from Tatanagar which increases to 5 hrs. 4. High number of AC coaches cannot be sustain with considerable occupamcy on all routes and B routes need more SL and less AC coaches. 8 SL and 6-8 AC coaches are enough in this route provided the return be also overnight journey
I totally agree with the reasons. But why there is no accountability for the delay?. Why it is happening for +2 years consistently? Why proper action is not taken in this matter? And who should be responsible?.
Most people travel in this route by general coaches. As negligible number of people belonging to elite classes travel by this train, so nobody cares for it. After reaching to Banspani from Visakhapatnam, it usually stands at Banspani for more than 30 minutes, delaying it further.
I wonder why trains like 20815/6, 22801/2 and 22869/70 having this weird schedule, overnight train in a direction and day train in one another direction. Agree to reduce turn around time of parking the rake at the destination but still it doesn't make sense i feel. Slot of 12829 is perfect but 22801/22869 following the same slot is not logical right?
These are examples of illogical planning in IR, lack of stabling lines, taking travellers time for granted and not to say travellers travel even with worst timings as they are used to IR and have sick phobia of road transport. Chennai Vskp even with day timings gets 80-90% occupancy on the 2 days only tatkal tickets won't be booked.
