Yes with 8 coach. Dep from NGP should be 600 SC 1300 / 1515 NGP 2215. Dep @ 1300 for intercity that too premium train doesn't make sense. The traveller has to leave his place at 1130/1200 to get to station. Why will he waste his day without work utility. Hyd is a late city where business open at 1100 and office at 1000.
16 coach more then enough for KCG YPR. Of the 478 seats available in ACC only 300-320 are direct end to end travellers rest get down at Kurnool, Ananthapur and Dharmavarm,further current availability after DMM is 100 everyday. Rake can be exchanged with Durg Visakhapatnam 16C. 20 Coach is alloted to ER and if it's not interested then it should go to either New Delhi SVDK or Mumbai Ahmedabad where 80% seats are occupied till end station and WL for 3-7 days.
Yes kacheguda Yesvantpur vande bharat express can deserve this upgradation, since running from year ,with 100% occupancy and good patronage but still rake was 8car .this 20703/4 should replace with 16car/20car rake
