* DalliRajhara-Rawghat-Jagdalpur rail line is extremely important for one of the most backward area of nation, the naxal affected Bastar region. Decades of negligence have lead to growth of naxal activities in the region.
* This rail line shall connect Bastar to Rest of Chhatisgarh like Durg, Raipur, Bilaspur, Raigarh, Korba etc along with rest of India through Durg station.
