I dont think we people deserve to have such trains. It is high time that public start behaving responsibly. Also i feel railways need to be practical. The background of people travelling is quite diverse, people come from all economic backgrounds. It is highly impossible to expect things to be in shape always.
Hence the best solution is not to have such facilities in the first place. The bio toilet is one such prime example. While it is environment friendly, many...

There are 80 odd LS seats in UP which is much higher than other states tally. So more popular schemes are implemented there irrespective of utility
