The trains over Northern & North Central Rly has already started running Horribly late because of dense fog.Today Morning(the first Official Fog Disrupted Day) 2 Goods trains have been collided near Dadri.Last year,many such incidents happened near Etawah....Talking about Poorvottar Sampark Kranti Exp,its not at all punctual in normal Sunny Days....So in Winter things just get worser & worser....Though Non-Stop b/w ALD & KIR.....it'll stop across numerous stations over UP & Bihar,though the 90% of the tracks over ECR,in which train passes through have been doublified...& my personal experience in this train,not only W/L ticket holders,but also General Ticket Holders & Unauthorized passengers would unnecessarily make the train crowdy...Spotted many times over APDJ & during my journey also,poor maintanence from NFR side also....No Coach Display Board...Even you cant find the nameplate & the Origin-Destination Board across any of the SL/AC Coaches in the train...The UP train seldom makes an UnOfficial...

Halt @ APDJ for more than 30/40 mts & then the food of the Pantry is loaded from Bharat Jalpan Restaurant near APDJ Station...Even I saw 1 pantry staff of this train geting drunk near APDJ.Last few days record says,it has reached GHY @ delay respectively 7 Hrs 43 mts,3 Hrs 23 mts which is less than usual & before the Fog Grasping over Northern India....But Still you can travel in this train,because you dont have another option as people from North East are still deprived of getting a Good Service till Delhi except the Rajdhani Exp.
