On Twitter also, there are rumors of 17th December being the date which is being worked upon in Modi's schedule to inaugurate 10 Trains, i doubt though Varanasi-Lucknow, Varanasi-Tatanagar, Patna-Jalpaiguri can provide enough pax and occupancy to fill a VB.
