You are completely wrong in case of Sampoorna Kranti. Slack is not useful for this train at all between PNBE-DDU. It arrives before everytime at DDU.
If sampoorna kranti is speeded up then it will effect the traffic of prayagraj humsafar, prayagraj exp, purushottom exp, mahabodhi exp (as these two trains runs late by 1-1.5 hrs). So present TT of sampoorna kranti is perfect.
