There's one at Kazipet that I've seen frequently, where two freight lines cross the SC-BZA mainline and join the SC-NGP line. However, this is quite close to the station ( almost within the station yard), unlike the NGP diamond crossing which is on a busy trunk line. The NGP double crossing should technically be called a 'Double Diamond crossing' as it has 2 pairs of lines crossing each other with 4 diamonds :)
Diamond crossings however, were very common during MG days with most dual gauge stations having diamond crossings of MG and BG.
