EXPERTS' OPINIONS PLEASE
I booked 2 sleeper class tickets at 8.10 am this morning by 12245 HWH-YPR Duronto for journey on 20th October (OPENING DAY). Out of 456 available berths then available, my first attempt at booking failed at 8.02 am, due to communication failure soon after I reached the payment gateway. However, when I could successfully book the tickets at 8.10 am, 431 berths were shown as available.
I opted for SU and SL berths for myself and my wife and thought there would be no problem since 431 berths were available....
more... But what I got was S3-65(L) and 66(M). WHY SO? What then is the point in asking for BERTH PREFERENCES. I am sure it was not a case of NON-AVAILABILITY OF CHOICE. ANY EXPERT VIEWS ?
