1. SWR to take over this train from CR and run upto LTT as SF.
2. YPR dep 2050 SUR 0815/0830 LTT arr 1530. This can return as LTT UBL express at 2030.

You need not give lot of examples with RSA. Just simple solution one new slot in CR from Pune to Kalyan will solve all issues which CR is not ready. CR itself is not ready to restore it's old running trains like pragati between Pune Mumbai till now. Even SCR is waiting for exclusive slot to increase the frequency of Kakinada LTT.
From Pune, after Chennai SF at 1150 no train till 1515. From Mumbai, old slot of NCJ at 1205 is possible.
If needed trains can go via Panvel avoiding Kalyan.

That is block time in PUNE-LNL section. Also your proposals are not suitable as there is no time for PM. No rake undergoes PM for 24 hours.
Simple option would be extend 11311/12 to LTT and curtail Udyan to Solapur.

Travellers of Bangalore want a new train to Mumbai apart from Udyan to cater to needs of travelling public and there is ready demand end to end in the sector who are travelling buses with the fare of 2AC. When udyan is shortened to Solapur and another train is extended it will not create extra room for travellers and there is no benefit. CR need to provide extra 2 new slots from Pune Karjat at 800 after Pragati dep at 750 Pune so as new train from SBC and increase in frequency of SCR LTT train to daily.
