Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think there's a Rajdhani in IR with maintenance worse than any of NFR's Rajdhanis. It was poor when it was with NR, it's poorer now that it's with NFR.
I feel tpty cdo has much better maintenance than sc and hyb cdo both for icf and lhb coaches.
Even TPTY has gone down in LHB maintenance. My parents travelled in Rayalaseema and we're completely disappointed with its cleanliness
I will only say that its high time that Railway Board specifically issues a Standard Operating Procedure for Maintenance, operation, catering and Running of Premium Tagged Trains owned by any zone of Indian Railways.
For now Premium Tag may be restricted to only Rajdhani, Shatabdi, Gatimaan and Vande Bharat Expresses.
Need to include Duronto and Humsafar too as they are charged flexifare with base fae charged at 15% of normal trains.
May be in Second Phase . If we add too much in basket, it will be be the same all over again.
Let them get a hold of some trains first then we can add the rest incl Duru, HS and Tejas
