How can we improve punctuality of Lucknow Moradabad Division NR of Indian Railways.Bohot Saalon se is zone ki punctuality besuri hai.Please suggest any changes or tips to improve the punctuality of this zone ASAP.

1. Upgrade tracks increase MPS
2. Reduce Slack time
3. Divert freights to EDFC
4. Divert GKPs side trains via STP, Burhal Jn
5. Avoid halt at LKO(NR), opt Ashbagh, GTNR etc

I think, railway can divert some train on Sitapur - lakhimpur - Mailani - Pilibhit - Bareilly route after completing work on Mailani - Pilibhit.

Considering standards of Delhi Jhansi, Delhi Kota and Delhi Kanpur routes don't think Delhi-Moradabad-Lucknow is even commanding half Rail traffic for needing a 3rd and 4th Line.
Also, this route doesn't contribute much to revenue either.

Its sheer incompetence of these divisions in controlling, otherwise WR, NCR, WCR, NR, SR are handling more traffic than this route with better efficiency and better punctuality.

Hand over Lucknow division to NCR from NR, NR hands are already full and now add railway expansion in J&K, HP and UK is under their control as well. Under NCR, Lucknow division will grow a lot as it's an important alternative to over-congested Prayagraj route.

1) ABS (Automatic block signal) between LKO-MB-Delhi and Saharanpur complete on fast track.It will help to handle trains/Freight Trains in over saturated section Alambagh-BE-MB.

3) 3rd and 4th Line between Alambagh-Lucknow-Malhaur Along with Yard Remodeling.

4) Develop and sift some trains to Transport Nagar station for Sultanpur and Raibareli section and decongest LKO.

5) 3rd and 4th line much needed between Roza to Moradabad

6) terminating Trains from sultanpur and Amethi section need to be shift Alambag with stop at Transport Nagar station.
