Non-governmental organizations, scouts-guides, and self-help groups have been given responsibility to maintain water supply in general compartments. Bottled water, ‘Rail Neer’, is available on platforms and inside trains for 15 rupees. Passengers can report vendors charging more than the price to 139. ATMs have been opened at Charbagh and Kaiserbagh bus depots offering cold water for 2 rupees per liter with a bottle. Rates for water vary depending on the quantity and whether a bottle is provided or not.

Platform aur trains mein Rail Neer bottled water 15 rupees mein available hai. Jyada price lete hue vendors ki complaint 139 number pe kar sakte ho. Charbagh aur Kaiserbagh bus depot pe, thanda pani ke liye ATM counter khule hain. Bottle laane pe 2 rupees per liter pani milega.
