Somewhere have the feeling inside, and would be happy if am proved wrong that all trains inaugurated by their political opponents have been gradually made to bite the dust step by step deteriorating their caliber by this regime.
Be it Bhopal Shatabdi( inaugurated by Scindia in commemoration of Nehru's birth centenary), Garib Rath by Lalu( it was the high court order that saved it from getting pushed to darkness), Sampark Kranti by Nitish Kumar( by giving stops outside their home state( still somewhat was able to survive), Yuva by Mamta Di, Janshatabdi by Nitish Kumar now gradually replaced by VBs and particularly this one Duronto (inaugurated by Mamta Di as premium non stop connection between major centres).
Only...
more... Rajdhani has been able to save it's grace to some extent till the day sleeper VB is about be launched.
This premium train which skips major junctions like Gaya and Prayagraj and which was first and once fastest Duronto of all with minimal halts is now made to stop at hamlets like dungargarh, sadulpur and ECR now adding to the madness by giving experimental halt at Koderma.
It is the right of every region to demand stops of important trains and there is nothing wrong in that but why this regime succumbed to demands of Churu region and not gave a regular M/E/SF train in its place for Delhi connection is not that much difficult to interpret.

Take the Bhopal Shatabdi (inaugurated by Scindia to commemorate Nehru's birth centenary), Garib Rath by Lalu (it was a high court order that saved it from being scrapped), Sampark Kranti by Nitish Kumar (by giving stops outside their home state, it was able to survive somewhat), Yuva by Mamta Di, Janshatabdi by Nitish Kumar (now gradually being replaced by Vande Bharat Expresses), and particularly this Duronto (inaugurated by Mamta Di as a premium non-stop connection between major centers).
Only Rajdhani has managed to maintain its grace to some extent, until the day the sleeper Vande Bharat Express is launched.
This premium train, which skips major junctions like Gaya and Prayagraj and was once the fastest Duronto with minimal halts, is now forced to stop at villages like Dungargarh, Sadulpur, and ECR. Adding to the madness, they have given an experimental halt at Koderma.
Every region has the right to demand stops for important trains, and there is nothing wrong with that. But why this regime succumbed to the demands of the Churu region and did not give them a regular Mail/Express/Superfast train for Delhi connection in its place is not difficult to interpret.
