Yes Sir I was also talking abt the same....& there is no point in saying that a train was waiting @ a mighty station like Patna Jn that too in the dawn for clearance...In fact Patna is such a busy station that SM should always try to change the loco as fast as possible & give it a clearance so that trailing trains can arrive on the PF.Loco Change is a great challenge to any station & there are 3 significant Loco Change done @ Patna Jn for

All these trains have 24 coach & hauled by prestigious WAP-4 on one side & SGUJ WDP-4 on the other side.
but sadly PNBE hasnt shown any kind of efficiency till date for Loco Change of any of these trains
