Railways Should Ply Garibrath Trains on Every That Route where it can give Super Duper Response. If RCF Can't Manufacture old ICF Coaches for Garibraths they should Manufacture New LHB Coaches for Garibraths.

yes, varanasi (from lohta) to janghai is a single track and doubling of track is going on, also electrification is almost completed in the section except at few station towards ALLAHABAD between janghai - lohta (poles and wiring at allmost at all level/station is done) , but nothing is happening towards JANGHAI TO lucknow. as i see on 10/11/12 from bsb garib rath 22408.

PS : as compare to MGS - SLN-LKO defiantly MGS-BSB-ALD is on the faster side (as compare to time of section and work done dead line 31dec2012.)

yes, doubling work is in full swing to/from BOY, ground work (leveling) have been done, track lying is not done, and crossing not upgraded before station.
no idea about JNH-RBL-LKO.

i doubt, as IR will avoid to introduce new system in the fogy month/weather. which includes late Dec12, whole Jan13 and half Feb13, and till that time we will have our rail budget 2013-14 which contain introduction of MEMU between sultanpur - lucknow, sultanpur - mgs, and MGS- LKO MEMU, With few (1 or 2 )new trains from varanasi or lucknow using electric via this section and few extension of patna/lucknow trains to varanasi and "extension of many trains from varanasi to other destination".
