Has anyone traveled in this VB; how is the occupancy? Also, what is IR's insistence to run overlapping services. The Rajya Rani runs on this exact time as well; only an hour slower.

All the things said are not possible in 1 day. For any person he need minimum to minimum 5-7 years. So if I became Rly Minister as per my said tenure I will do.

9. New Passenger Trains will be Introduced as per Zone earnings in passenger train earnings only by ranking them to avoid ticket less travellers.
10. Starting more Amritbharat Trains With VB style Engines.
11. Recruitment of all empty posts with in 1 Year
12. Yearly 3000 Kms of tracks installation as target per every year.
13. Priority for small route new tracks or gauge conversions with one time allotment of funds to finish them with in 1 year.
14. For short distances installing new Meter Gauge high speed trains to run as passenger.
15. Separate livery for all type of trains Meroon Colour for Super Fast/ Blue Colour for express etc. VB will be with Tri-Colour of National flag.
15. 4 New Rail steel Factories under Railway Control for 4 sides of India for developing own train tracks.
16. All tracks Upgradation to 160 for Express and 130 for goods & 200 Kmph for SF and A/c trains.

Totally agree with your points but adding some more

1. Reducing the millions of categories of trains created by previous RMs for unnecessary reasons and keeping them at few like premium segment with only Rajdhani and Shatabdi and replacing them with VB rakes and merging existing VB, Duronto, AC SF, etc into those two categories. Next non premium segment with SF and M/E trains with LHB rakes. Third the passenger trains with only GS coaches.

Allowing sheds to use different and unique liveries for locomotives both electric and diesel and removing the notion that diesel locomotives are inferior to electrics and allowing zones to use diesel locomotives for trains end to end when electrics not available. Also asking zone to run a train end to end with diesel locomotive when a loco change is required without a reversal to avoid time wasting for loco change.
3. Developing hydrogen fuel technology as a future technology to be used by trains as you can't call electric locomotives as green initiative when more than 50% of our electricity comes from burning coal.
4. Taking the rising incidents of derailments and other mishaps seriously, conducting safety audits across the zones and allocating more funds for safety and seeing that allocated funds are properly utilised.
5. Reducing the heavy waiting list allowed and properly ensuring that WL passengers are not allowed to board any reserved compartments secondly reserving all GS coaches in long distance trains as 2S to ensure that people travelling in General category travel like humans and not as parcels dumped over one another. Employ more RPF to ensure security of passengers and railway property and providing timely training to existing as well as newly appointed personnel and time to time conducting mental health checks of RPF personnel too.
6. Fill all the vacant positions in IR so that existing employees are not overburdened. Reduce the bureaucratic process in IR which leads to delay in taking decisions and implementing some measures.

1)Implementation of control car technology. This would give normal passenger trains the flexibility of EMUs.
2)Standardized and sensible CC of all trains. So if you know the CC of one train, you would know almost all the rest.
3)Reduce train categories. There would only be Passenger(Slow/Fast Locals incl.), Mail/Express, SuperFast and Premium (Raj,Shatabdi,Duronto). Other trains like Mahamana and Humsafar would be in SF category.

AP is bigger than Odisha. When they are asking Justice why not we? If ECoR treat VSKP correctly why this demand will come? He is interesting in Odisha. He not even said they will take care of Waltair Divison to get it priority or atleast asked Central to take care with close observation. So his mind is in revenue of ECoR not on Waltair devlopment. So no need to bother with is silly and useless letter. ECoR always treat Waltair as a step son no doubt about it. If they are interested in Odisha how many trains they started from JDB/KRPU from ECoR started? Get the details they concentrated In Northern Odisha/BBS/PURI Maximum

The time given for the crew changes in KTV/SCMN/DVD is more than the LR time in VSKP which have best amenities. Idiots always think one way it's a scrap letter and don't take it seriously. Agree:Yes.
Khurdha Road is the highest earnng division of ECOR. Vskp division will be divided with new division Rayagada which includes Kirandul line upto Araku which is the loading point of iron ore and revenue generator will be with ECOR only. Inturn VSKP has to bear expenditure of operating in tough terrain in Ghats and also maintaining the rolling stock. Of the Rs 9000cr revenue of VSKP division Rs 6000 cr comes from Kirandul and Koraput loading and it still goes to ECOR under Rayagada.There is no point in Odissa representatives crying.

Yes bro u r 100% right today this situation occurred because of Cong which has unplannedly bifurcated AP. These all persons had purposefully and conditionally destroyed AP people's will. That time these persons were sleeping during the AP Reorganization Act bill being introduced in LS and RS. These fellows thought that we will throw a biscuit and people will trust is blindy. Now they didn't expect the fast operationalization of SCoR. At this time only they are pointing the VSKP revenue and profit and rubbish for ECoR.

I really worried Bro, Already 5 years gone. ECoR railway got the 7000+ crores Warangal to anasol project which is parallel line to BZA to Kharagpur , you can find in the attachment.
SCR Got the railway Coach Factory at Kazipet. But andhra it's only Zone which is around 150 Crores. it seems Demand is ours earnings are others.
