Nature lovers who want to experience the vistadome coach will definitely travel as both the terminals only 6km away from main station as they are one time travellers and tourists. It is the local pr regular resident travellers who think of terminals due to distance they need to travel in city from east or south Bangalore to reach YPR. Both travellers set is different.

Nature lovers can also travel from Bangalore upto Bantwal and take bus from BC Road. Bantwal station to BC road bus stop is so near. They can reach Mangalore city (not Mangalore junction) atleast one hour early.
The trains crawl in that stretch unnecessarily.

If the idea is to cater to tourists and place this as a premium train, better to start from SBC.
Travelers arriving from other states by trains or buses at Bangalore Majestic are under the mercy of auto drivers.
There are no proper facilities at MAJN to suit tourist needs. Not even a proper hotel to have food. Plus isolated area.

Also, why this train cannot go to Mangalore Central? Is it reserved only for Kerala trains?? Any disadvantages if it goes to MAQ?
