I know it isn't relevant but if you truly want to get benefit of apprenticeship, try to do it in a private firm. They are forever short of manpower, thus leading to fairly large availability of work from people more than willing to reduce their workload, and since their recruitment isn't encumbered by social obligations (reservations, project affected persons) or politics by government there is a better chance of absorption in workforce.
Pay sucks though, 10000 per month is what many get.

So iss logic se, kal agar ek gaadi aapko hit karti hai toh galti definitely aapki hai because onus is on you to look left and right before crossing, not on the driver to drive safely, irrespective of how the accident ocurred.

They brought this upon themselves.
Even now, where multiple new lines are being commissioned, the MPS for said lines is always 110 as testing is done at 120-125 kmph (oscillation trials ate always carried out at 10% greater speed than rated)
Until railways doesn't increase speed they won't cut down on losses as the higher paying seement gravitates either towards planes or AC buses, both of which offer higher speeds.

If you read the entire article, it says that at the moment 75% of express trains, the main revenue generator for IR are on track, while revenue loss is 71% overall. The trains are run with somewhat higher fare and no concessions, yet this is the state.

It is called intermediate block.
Just like absolute block this is also manually controlled; signal goes from green to red after train passes by, but signal stays red until manually switched to green. This is not so in automatic block, and requires additional circuitry in ABS.
In IBS control for block signal is at rear station.
