Just watched the Hindi movie "Irada of 2017". Its shows some probably true incident around Bhatinda, Punjab. Due to reverse boring in chemical plants, chemical contamination results and water along with corps get affected. People have become prone to cancer. I am surprised to know during the movie and at last (where real data are told) that, this zone of country is most prone to cancer. The Bhatinda-Lalgarh train is called Cancer express, where either patients or life insurance agents travel. How harsh the reality is. Any detailed information by our concerned members? I had spent three months in GGSR refinery Bhatinda, during 2011. We used to stay in Hotel Celebration, Hanuman chowk, near bus stand of Bhatinda. Then we were completely unaware about such issues. Hope Govt. is doing the needful.
