Another move by SWR which might affect lots of passengers ....YPR always had a great option of metro connectivity ,cabs,autos & BMTC. Banaswadi does not have good transport connectvity.
But if really implemented, lets see if the travel time is reduced for trains like Dadar-PDY and others as they stopped at YPR for almost 30-40 min for rake reversals etc.

This has to happen one or the other day, problem of commute is there at Banaswadi/Chikkabanava, Hope they get resolved soon before this by-pass implementation.
Yes agree. Before implementation at least somehow they need to ensure that there is a bit of connectivity at these stations ( in co-ordination with local authorities) and also the station is upgraded with better facilties as the crowd will increase. Based on whatever it is seen now BAND does not seem to be preferred but then passengers have no other option as well.
