I have seen many times 95 board so - it is not less than 95. caculating by time in seconds and kms (in two decimal place), I didn't got over 95 kmph though I didn't do many times - not much interested in slow section (calculating by minutes and kms without decimal will not help to guess - there should not be any stoppage, junction, medium or big station, major bridge or many minor bridge, hill). I saw board of 95 frequenly in Oct '15. So, I don't think it is not more than 95. PNBE Shatabdi or similar type will touch DGR, RNG, ASN while BKSC Shatabdi will touch DHN, CRP, BKSC additionally. PNBE shatabdi or similar type will touch Madhupur, Jasidih, Mokama additionally.
