Decided to create a Google Earth project for Pryagraj bypass line which connects Naini to NR(Prayag) and NER(Rambag), eliminating need for loco revarsal at Prayagraj Jn for trains going towards Mumbai . You can view the interactive version on Google Earth using this link :

There is not proper space is present to create this type of line. Government has to destroy buildings, etc. and grab land for this. And this could not be happen.

Separate Over Head bridges have to designed exclusively for the NER & NR based lines over the lines from DDU, otherwise there is simply not enough space.
More importantly the curves that you have designed are so sharp & would practically have to highly inclined forcing very low PSRs to be have to imposed on the line. The time an NR train would be take to divert into the NCR Mumbai line will be much much more than a reversal would ever take, not to mention a high zone changeover slack would have to be given

Agree
I guess you are right.
Until NCR is willing to connect subedarganj to Manikpur line, loco reversal problem is not going to be solved.

These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
