वैसे तो बिहार में सरकारी तौर पर बंद है लेकिन पत्रकारों के लिए शायद उपलब्ध हो रहा है इसीलिए आंख खोलकर देखने की जरूरत नहीं उठाते हैं चनपटिया को चकिया बना दिया ।
