surges for Holi, the Eastern Central Railway has added special train services between Muzaffarpur and Yesvantpur. These services will run on specific dates in March and April. The Central Railway is also introducing 112 special Holi trains to manage high passenger demand during the festival season. Additionally, the Thiruvananthapuram Railway Division is making adjustments to train schedules due to safety-related work. The Bengaluru-Kochuveli bi-weekly express will experience a delay of 135 minutes on March 15th. The North Zone is also planning to add more than 15 extra trains to cater to the increased travel demand during the festival season. These trains will connect cities like Delhi, Katra, Varanasi, Saharanpur, Ambala, Patna, and Gaya.

Aur, Thiruvananthapuram Railway Division, safety ke liye, train schedules mein badlav kar raha hai. Bengaluru-Kochuveli bi-weekly express, March 15th ko, 135 minutes late chalega. the Patna Suvidha Express was given the green signal and eight coaches passed over him while he was asleep. The train driver, displaying quick thinking, applied emergency brakes, preventing a major accident. Following the incident, senior railway officials arrived at the scene to pacify the protestors and assured them that an investigation would be conducted against the station master. The protest led to the disruption of 14 trains on the Patna-DDU line, causing significant inconvenience to passengers, especially those on long-distance routes. The protesters dispersed after four hours when the DRM of Danapur Railway Division assured them that the final location survey for the project was underway and would be completed by January.
