Reservation Center is located outside the station. You have to come outside from platform.no 1 and see for a post office building. Its there in front of Post office building.
Many passengers don't know Cloak Room/Luggage Room at this station.
Its there on Platform.no 7 at Kalyan side end. As you need to scan your luggage, scanning point is there at Platform.no 10 station entrance. There two scanners, but RPF would be sitting on either one.

For City Buses, use FOB which is on the Bhusaval Side End and go in the right side(at side of pf.1) of stations. You will find City Buses there. If you use middle FOB City Bus Depo will be far for you and you will have to walk more. Moreover, autowala's will not spare you.
This station has Subway towards the direction towards end. Many people think there are no bridges and cross from tracks with heavy luggage. So please note that there is a Subway from each platform. Use it.
For Janata Khana go to pf.no 1 at Jan Ahar. Puri Bhaji box at Rs 15. Its always served Fresh. Best food item. There are orange juice stores in the same line. Many other things but mostly people search for Janata Khana.
