Passengers ne complaint kiya ki unhe is change ke bare mein koi information nahin di gayi, na unke registered mobile number par, na hi charts mein. Isse bahut saare passengers ko pareshani hui, jismein senior citizens aur children bhi shamil hain. Unke confirm ticket hone ke baavajood, unhe koi seat nahin mili. Yeh incident Indian Railways par depend karne wale passengers ke liye dikkat ki baat hai, aur kai logon ne apni disappointment aur frustration express ki.
