If SER's headquarters is shifted, which is going to happen not, and if DHN is included in SER, then there won't be any chance at all because then there will be a tug-of-war between RNC, TATA, and DHN about where the headquarters should be... RNC may be the capital but it's just a small station compared to TATA, DHN, and JSME... The earnings are not that great in RNC! And if we have to go somewhere, we would prefer to go to ER! Because it is because of ER that DHN got the tag of A1 station, sir, it's a really sad thing but ever since DHN went to ECR, it only got three trains, one from CR, one from ECoR, and one from SER! Now, due to the closure of the DC line, the JGM MEMU has also been canceled... And ECR still couldn't run a regular train from Dhanbad to Delhi till today! Also, considering the location, ER would be the best option for DHN!

Agar SER ka HQ shift hua tha jo ki hone wala hai nahi, aur agar DHN ko SER mei dala jata hai tab to bilkul hi chance nahi banegi, kyuki fir SER mei RNC, TATA aur DHN mei tug-of-war lag jaigi ki HQ kaha bane....

Aur fir agar jana ho to hum ER mei jana hi pasand karenge!
Kyunki ER ke wajah se DHN ko A1 station ka tag mila, sir badi hi dukh ki baat hai lekin jab se DHN ECR mei gaya hai tab se teen hi train mile usse ek CR, ek ECoR aur ek SER ke dwara! Ab DC line band hone ke karan JGM MEMU bhi band ho gayi hai....
Aur ECR to aaj tak Dhanbad se Delhi ke liye ek regular train bhi na chalwa paya!
Location ke hisaab se bhi DHN ke liye ER hi best option hoga!
